WeiterlesenTo establish more inclusive learning environments in Sinjar, Nadia’s Initiative provided disabled students with electric wheelchairs to improve their learning experience. Electric wheelchairs will enable these students to stay connected with their friends and teachers, providing opportunities for learning beyond the classroom.
WeiterlesenShakir always dreamed of becoming a translator and travelling the world, so he enrolled in JWL’s Global English Language course to improve his English skills and turn his dreams into a reality. While his main goal was to improve his communications skills, the course has given him much more.
WeiterlesenNadia’s Initiative recently launched the rehabilitation and furnishing of Rezan Primary School in Raska village, South Sinjar. Once completed, the new school will enable 86 students from Raska and neighboring areas to access education in a safe environment.
WeiterlesenNadia’s Initiative and implementing partner Sunrise NGO rehabilitated and officially reopened Sinjar Kindergarten! The new kindergarten will provide young children in the area with early childhood education, including group therapy and other psychosocial support sessions.
