Rehabilitation of Public Health Centers in Solagh and Al Hateen Villages

Nadia’s Initiative is working with Hungarian Interchurch Aid (HIA) to rehabilitate and furnish Solagh and Al Hateen(Dugure) primary healthcare centers (PHCs) in North and South Sinjar. The second healthcare project NI and HIA are collaborating on, once restored, these PHCs will provide access to quality healthcare for over 11,000 residents in the region.

Emergency Livelihoods Support in Aljzeera and Adnaniya Complexes

Nadia's Initiative is launching two emergency livelihoods support projects. In Aljzeera, 22 families will be provided with emergency livelihoods support in the form of shelter repair. In Adnaniya, 15 families will also receive shelter repair. Additionally, Adnaniya complex will be provided with electricity infrastructure and the police station will be rehabilitated and equipped.

The completion of the brand new Mahmoodiya Primary School is a joyous occasion for students and their parents from Qasrki village. More than 200 students will be able to study in their village, and teachers will have access to modern teaching tools to improve student learning.
